To withdraw a registered child(ren) the following information must be e-mailed to the director:
Name and fall grade of player(s)
Coach's Name (if known)
Reason for withdrawing
Date of Registration (if known)
Parent Name & Phone number
Refunds for registration withdraws are only issued if the withdraw is made by September 14, strictly applying the following policy:
- If two or more players are registered, the amount refunded is based on the most discounted player.
- The refund policy applies to all withdraws, independently of the reason(s) why the withdraw is made.
- The refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment in the registration
- A $10 administration fee applies to refunds.
